A: Yes this is genetically possible although pretty rare. In our answer at:

we talk about a group of Africans with red hair and they sometimes have blue eyes so it does happen.
Q: Can white parents have a black baby? Even if the grandparents are white too?
A: Yes....there are lots of stories where white parents have black babies.
