The neighbor's house

dreamaastridToday went online and filed a complaint with the Baltimore County Code Inspections and Enforcement about our neighbor's house that flooded.
One of the HOA members had contacted the owner the week it occurred. Since we have not seen anything occurring to fix the problem, figured that was over 1 1/2 months ago so it was time to notify the authorities.
So we will see...
Also figure if I document everything in my LJ I'll remember what I did when...
