He's a whorfing monster. He eats really fast, then drinks a lot of water, the food swells up in his belly, then he pukes like there's no tomorrow.

He's 18 lbs. He's getting plenty of food. the skinny one is half his size, and he doesn't whorf. He just pees on things.
