Damn the week of Strange Dreams

I'm living in a one room efficiency, with the living room/bedroom separated from the kitchen by a little 1/2 wall. The strange thing about this place is that there is no separate bathroom, the commode is beside the fridge in the corner of the kitchen and the shower heads are sticking out of the wall.

One of the shower heads in the little kitchen area, and one is in the living area - same wall about 5 feet apart. So to take a shower you just push all the furniture and rugs out of the way and take the shower in the middle of the room. The floor and walls are tile and there is a drain in the middle of the floor in both areas. And if you turn on one shower head they both turn on.

This is not in an apartment complex, but a apartment off the back of someone's house. And for some reason the lock on the door is broken. So I'm taking a shower in the middle of the living room area (with my clothes on), and people keep walking in on me - like Keith & Judy, Jon & Marie, Desmond, Jason, everyone else that was at K&J's Halloween party, dressed in danes, not costumes.

So I finally get everyone to stop walking in on me and I'm finally taking a shower in just my bra and underwear and the water pressure drops and I'm just getting dribbles out of the shower head. Luckily my hair is washed and rinsed.

So I go over to the kitchen sink fill a bucket with water, so I can prop my leg up on the sink to shave.

Dawntreader do you want to analyze this one or could it just be that I have a cold this week and too much cold medicine? The dreams are just getting loopier. Can I just blame "Robitussin"?

The house represents your mind. My take on this dream is that somehow you don't feel as if you are where you want to be in your life/lifestyle. You are feeling anxiety because you are living like a college student (in your dream) and you should be living like a stable family in a proper house. I'd say that, despite whatever rosy picture you may paint of your current situation, there is someone that is making you feel very insecure and unsettled. It could be your job (you did mention your company has been RIFing people), it could be something that has to do with your expectations of your husband. You are the only person who knows the answer to that one, girlfriend.
