dreamaastridI was paying bills last night, (do that at least twice a month) and sorting thru mail, bills, junk-mail etc. and found a letter from our mortgage company. Thinking it is another "buy mortgage insurance" advertisement or "Please Refinance" crap they keep sending us but NO! it is something good, an

Yeah! Unexpected Income!! Money to spend OR "I can pay more of the bills!!" That really did make my day. I hate doing bills and finances but love when I can pay things off.
