Another house is for sale in our neighborhood:

They bought it 2003 for $323,390 and it is selling for $449,900.00

A house that is slightly smaller than ours, down the block, went for almost twice what we paid for our 6 years ago. Of course we figure that should we ever desire to sell this place (ok, when) the bottom will have dropped out and left us with only being able to *maybe* cover whatever's left of our mortgage. (hey, after all, it happened last time around)
