I was paying bills last night, (do that at least twice a month) and sorting thru mail, bills, junk-mail etc. and found a letter from our mortgage company. Thinking it is another "buy mortgage insurance" advertisement or "Please Refinance" crap they keep sending us but NO! it is something good, an

"E S C R O W ... O V E R P A Y M E N T ... R E F U N D ... C H E C K ! ! !"

Yeah! Unexpected Income!! Money to spend OR "I can pay more of the bills!!" That really did make my day. I hate doing bills and finances but love when I can pay things off.
