Good weekend

Faire - Sat & Sun - Got the little one in her jester outfit on Saturday and her big green gown on Sunday. Even ran into my oldest friend Scott (who I've known since I've been 4). Really beautiful weather and wonderful weekend at fair. Got to wear my new corset on Saturday and on Sunday did the matchy thing with my daughter - green and yellow.

Zoo - Columbus Day - My daughter's daycare was closed. So I took the day off and spent the day at the zoo with the little one, along with my parents. She got good "Grandparent spoiling" aka lots of attention. She really loved seeing the animals. Last time we went she paid a little bit of attention to the penquins and prarie dogs but that was about it. This time she's old enough that she seemed to notice most all the animals. And the kids stuff - the turtles to sit on and crawl thru, dinosaur bones & bats to walk under - she was all into it. And she was checking out the flowers, roared like a bear, and was watching all the different animals. Just a really great day with the little one and the parents. And we wore her little butt out, she walked most of the way and was asleep by the time we got out of the parking lot. Asleep with her new "Baltimore Zoo" hat covering her eyes. So sweet...
