called me today.
The house next door - until there is visible exterior violations there is nothing they can/will do, since they can NOT legally enter the premise. So we have to wait until the exterior walls of the house are crumbling, windows are broken or wildlife is living in the deserted home before anything can legally be done by the county.
We can however complain if the grass does not get cut and they can legally enforce that.

Date: 2005-03-23 01:33 pm (UTC)Well, I ain't holding my breath. However, his soon-to-be ex. wife saw the house last weekend for the first time since she moved out 6 months ago, and she didn't seem happy, as he's supposed to be maintaining it. MEanwhile he now lives in Littlestown, PA.
Tune in tomorrow for the continuing adventures in Fungus House!
