the weekend adventure - Clothes & Ikea

Well we went to the Casual Corner Petites Annex in White Marsh...Damn their stuff just fits me great. I guess I'm stuck with doing my annual clothing run or every other year shopping expedition at that store. If they ever go under, I'll just be screwed.
Anyway, got 2 pair of pants for work - plain black work pants and brown fake-suede pants that are soooo comfy and a black skirt. Also got a black suit coat, socks (with no holes or anything - I know little things make me happy), and 7 tops/sweaters of various styles and colors (white, offwhite, green, black, black& beige patterned, black & beige & white & red striped, and even a pale purple but nothing PINK!! - Yeah!) . Last time I was there was after I returned to work from maternity leave 2 years ago, I got about the same amount of stuff. Just nice conservative work clothes.
Went with the hubby to Sears also and he got a few new pairs of jeans and finally we went to Ikea. Ikea always has the neatest stuff. But this time we were on a mission, we just wanted bins that would fit in our bookshelves to contain the kid stuff - well the explosion of kid stuff especially since Xmas and her bday. We got 5 clear plastic acrylic bins (13*13) that fit perfectly in the bookshelf (which is also Ikea but bought 4+ years ago). And the family room is so much better - containing the LOs tons of toys - but think I may send the hubby back for just 2 or 3 more bins. We now have a bin for vehicles, one for baby dolls, one for Mega blocks, one for hats, and one for some of her electronic stuff. Ani would be proud.
