Kids & Friends

Sat night we had some friends (2 couples) over with their Little Ones for dinner. This is probably the first we've had friends over for dinner with LOs close to the same age as ours since they've been mobile. A little boy 1yr. 3mos, our little girl at 2yrs, and another little boy 23 months old.

It was really a lot of fun. Hubby made a nice Italian chicken dish. Friends brought salad and side dishes. The three LOs trashed the house - at least it seemed like they pulled out every single toy our daughter has - LOL. And we really had a great time and decided we really need to do that more often.

Found we were even missing our friends with LOs that we didn't invite, or live too far away. But honestly the destructive powers of three LOs was probably the most I could have dealt with in the house. Maybe when it is warm out and we can have a BBQ? and have all the LOs outside in the yard!!

It does seem like since we've spawned we know at least 9 other couples with LOs so close to our daughter's age (within a yr +/-).

We're going to Disney World! Yippee!!

Just booked our vacation to Daytona Beach. Hubby's best friend, wife & kid live there... We hope we'll get to take our Little Ones to the Magic Kingdom for a day. Their daughter is 6 mos. younger than ours.

And we've been promising we'll come down and visit since I was pregnant - so about time!!
