WHAM

Doing fine until about 5 minutes ago and then WHAM - my head is ready to explode and my sinuses are pissed off and I feel nauseous and really warm. I really hate when a sinus headache sneaks up on me like that. Took 2 tylenol, 2 sudafed, went for a cold drink, went by the restrooms and splashed cold water on my face.

Now still got a headache - but don't feel like my head is ready to explode - hopefully the drugs will kick in fully - soon....
