And this year they are offering 9 weeks of flexible summer schedules (June 5th thru Aug 4th):

Option 1: Work normal M-F schedule (no change)
Option 2: Work 4 long days (10 hr days) and take either Friday or Monday off
Option 3: Work 4 normal days and use a vacation day every Friday or every Monday

I have enough vacation accrued that I chose option 3 this year. So I'm working 4-day weeks this summer starting this week. Woo Hoo!
